The one we've all been waiting for doesn't disappoint. All designer supplied graphics from the grandmaster himself, Mark Simonitch, at a large scale (78x78 units) which doesn't bother me for a change. Only thing I can say about this beautiful work is the half-zoom units need to pick either a unit logo (these are pretty recognizable at half-zoom, I think) or a unit designation which is legible. The Gamebox Properties mention 21st century counter-clipping, so I'll add the units do have a buttonised look to'em. Kewl. Some consistency issues: pasting-in, some 1/2-scale images have logo/script, some have either/or. All the charts and displays are there; these look great at full-zoom and horrible at half. Main map loses it a bit at half-scale, too, but the hexnumbers are CB-tracked. Oh well- it's not a small bit of work. Nicely done.
